Since Im on my new eat healthy-workout-get in shape kick, I have started planning our weekly meals.
I know, Im a regular Betty Home-Maker.
On my menu this week:
Monday: Cuban Chicken & Vegetables
Tuesday: Fish Packs (Tilapia and veggies baked in foil pouches)
Wednesday: Chicken & Biscuit Casserole
Thursday: Chef Salad
Friday: Left Overs- I get to be lazy one day
Saturday: Chicken Enchiladas
Sunday: Whatevers left in the fridge☺
I'll post recipes and pictures once I make them, hopefully they all turn out good!

oh man...i was just telling the hubs how i need to start my meal planning again. i've been slacking but i need to friggin DO IT! and you better post recipes woman! i can't wait to see!!
