Since Im on my new eat healthy-workout-get in shape kick, I have started planning our weekly meals.

Monday: Cuban Chicken & Vegetables
Tuesday: Fish Packs (Tilapia and veggies baked in foil pouches)
Wednesday: Chicken & Biscuit Casserole
Thursday: Chef Salad
Friday: Left Overs- I get to be lazy one day
Saturday: Chicken Enchiladas
Sunday: Whatevers left in the fridge☺
