Husband and I are gettin pretty serious about this gettin fit in 2010 business. Two weeks ago as we sat on the couch watchin infomercials for 4 straight hours did a mini-workout and ate salad, we happen to catch the commercial for BeachBody's P90X workout plan. Have you seen it?? Its hardcore.
So we ordered it, cause we have no thought process and tend to make rash decisions on impulse alone. So it comes, and we rip into that box like a 10 year old on Christmas morning. And what we found was SHOCKING! These people are not playin around. There is a meal plan that expects me to cook 3 meals a day. Hour long workouts, 6 days a week. And a fitness test you have to take prior to starting to QUALIFY you to even do the workout. So last weekend Rich and I take this fit test. We are doing pull-ups, push-ups, squats, jumping jacks. Its INTENSE! And we failed. Epically.
We. Can't. Even. Pass. The. Fitness. Test.
I knew I was out of shape, but it took not being able to do A SINGLE pull-up to realize how frickin outta shape I am. So now I have ordered a different workout plan. 10 Minute Trainer.
That's right, just 10 minutes a day for amazing results! Even my weak little noodle arms can handle 10 minutes a day. I should get it in the next few days, and Ill let you know how it goes.
