Italian Chicken Sticks
Ingredients:
¼ C. seasoned bread crumbs
2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
½ tspn. dried thyme
½ tspn. dried basil
¼ tspn. dried oregano
1/8 tspn. salt
1/8 tspn. garlic powder
1/8 tspn. cayenne pepper
2 boneless skinless chicken breast
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°
2. Cut chicken breasts into strips, about 1/2" wide.
3. In a pie plate or platter, mix the bread crumbs, parmesan, thyme, basil, oregano, salt, garlic powder and cayenne pepper.
4. Dip chicken in melted butter, then dredge in bread crumbs. Place chicken on a lightly greased baking sheet.
5. Bake for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Number of Servings: 6
This recipe was crazy easy!! And it turned out so good! I made an easy Honey Mustard dip by mixing 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard with 1.5 teaspoons of honey, and it went so good with it.
